What was your onboarding experience like during your first 90 days?

My onboarding experience with Senior Helpers during the first 90 days was very supportive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed almost immediately, no long waits for replies, which made me feel confident with my decision to join the Senior Helpers family. Additionally, the learning systems, materials and action list created by Senior Helpers facilitated a smooth journey to my business launch.

What does it feel like to see the difference your team makes for clients and families?

Extremely rewarding to witness the difference our team makes for clients and their families. Every time I see a client’s comfort increase or a family’s stress ease, I’m reminded that our work is more than a simple service transaction - it's a relationship based on connection, respect, dignity, and trust. For me, it’s not just about the services we provide, but about the relationships we nurture and the reassurance we bring to families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

How has becoming a franchise owner changed your life personally?

Becoming a franchise owner has been one of the most life-changing experiences for me. Being a decisionmaker that is directly involved in providing peace of mind for seniors and their families has given me a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. It’s not just about running a business; it’s about building trust, offering reassurance, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives, every day! Complete transparency and authenticity are hallmarks of being a Senior Helpers owner, and living those values has shaped not only how I lead but also how I connect with people in my community.
