My personal “why” has always been centered around service—making a real difference in people’s lives, especially for seniors who deserve dignity, respect, and compassionate care. When I learned more about the mission of Senior Helpers, it felt like a perfect alignment. Their commitment to high-quality, personalized in-home care deeply resonated with my own values and my desire to build a business that truly serves the community, not just financially, but with purpose and heart.
Even though I am still in the training phase and have not officially opened yet, what has already surprised me most is the incredible level of structure, guidance, and support behind the brand. The training has been thorough, well-organized, and empowering. I feel fully supported at every step—from operations and compliance to care standards and business development—which has given me strong confidence as I prepare to launch.
