What made you choose Senior Helpers over other franchise options?

I looked into a few other franchises, but the experiences I had with each of them were underwhelming. Two were very much in sales mode and trying to rush me through the process; another completely dropped off the map after our first call. Senior Helpers, on the other hand, seemed like the real deal from the start. There was always clear, honest, and realistic communication and zero high-pressure tactics. I just got the sense that they cared about making a good fit and doing the right thing more than they cared about a quick sale.

 

What was the moment you knew this was the right fit for you and your family?

My initial meeting with Craig was when I knew this was the right choice. He was completely transparent and honest, and his timing was impeccable with every interaction. I never felt rushed or like I wasn’t being told everything. He was also very respectful of my time, making himself available at the times that worked for me instead of the other way around. He was focused on understanding my “why” and providing me with the information I needed to make an educated decision rather than just trying to push me through the process. Senior Helpers really cares about making sure that franchisees are a good fit, and it shows.

 

How did your personal “why” connect with the mission of Senior Helpers?

I’ve always known that and even from my personal experience there are seniors in the community who need more support, and I wanted to be a part of a business where we could actually make a difference in people’s lives. Senior Helpers fit that need perfectly. The mission line really spoke to my heart providing services to seniors with care, dignity, and respect.
